Limits, in one place¶

In short. Each of these is printed next to its result wherever that result appears. Here they are together.

Record¶

Repeat looks for the refusal sentence Claude Code writes in its logs today. A different agent, or a changed log format, needs its own written rule. It counts an identical re-issue. It can't see whether the person then told the agent to go ahead.
Scope counts the paths of three tools (Write, Edit, NotebookEdit) against the folder the session was started in. A command run in a shell, or a tool on a server, can't be decided from the log and isn't counted. A write outside is listed, not judged.
Published needs habitat.ooo, to read the anchor files.
A kept record shows what the session emitted and observed, and that nothing was altered after it was anchored. It doesn't show fault or intent, or anything the session didn't record.

Desk shows the five passages nearest a paragraph. It makes no claim about whether they are related in any other sense.
A save shows what was typed or pasted into Desk, not what happened elsewhere.
Words takes pasted text; it doesn't open documents.

A receipt verifies a stated property of a record. It doesn't verify that an output is correct, and doesn't certify fairness or independence.
The verify panel and the Published check confirm a receipt is the published one. The in-browser recompute on the receipts page runs on our page and our copy of the numbers. Only the kit recomputes a receipt independently.
A digest reproduces on the kit's published arithmetic, not on arbitrary library calls. Platforms beyond those measured are a prediction; a different digest there is a finding to report.
The floor is a property of the record it was measured on, not of the tool.
Revision materiality still grades by a fixed cut that is under review.
